Move using the W, A, S, D keys, mine a block by putting the mouse on it and then clicking and holding, and to craft, you press the CTRL key to see the inventory, and from there, using the items you mined and tools available, create all sorts of things. Also, many things you mine will give you some extra items too, which might be helping a lot of times.

We recommend you start by mining some wood. You will also find both fuel items and cookable items. Try to make farms where you can grow things, create portals to travel from one place to another as well since mobility is important.
